RECOGNITION OF GUESTS

Ms. Pam Miller of 9205 Whitegate Court and Ms. Mary Ann Moore of 9203 Whitegate Court were present to discuss with the Commission the water, erosion and trash in the creek behind their houses. Hurstbourne Engineer Chris Crumpton and several individuals from MSD have previously looked into the matter and MSD has placed large rocks in the ditch, but the amount of water has increased significantly and the problem has not improved. After discussion, Attorney Singler said he would send a message to Mr. Crumpton to get his input on the situation, and then the City can determine the right course of action.

Mr. Kyle Mathison of 1238 Inverary Ct. asked when the damage to greenery caused by AT&T when they installed new cable boxes would be repaired. Since this is in a utility easement, Commissioner Wagner said AT&T would be contacted to see what they can do to plant new trees and other vegetation in that location.
