Mayor Masick called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m.

No guests came before the Commission to speak.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Commissioner Jackson made a motion that the minutes of the June 25, 2019 meeting be approved. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Hubbuch. Motion carried unanimously.

REPORTS
COMMISSION REPORTS

Commissioner Hubbuch, Public Works
Commissioner Hubbuch stated that he will meet with Engineer Crumpton and C.A.O. Leidgen to discuss upcoming paving, sidewalk, storm grates and curb-gutter projects.
Commissioner Jackson, General Government
Commissioner Jackson stated that the handrail was installed in the City Hall Building and that carpeting was replaced for one of the tenants that recently renewed their lease.
Commissioner Leavell, Public Safety
Commissioner Leavell distributed a police activity report for the month of June. After reviewing some details from the report, he stated that he and C.A.O. Leidgen will meet with KLE to go over the patrol activities and other related issues.
CITY ATTORNEY REPORT
City Attorney John Singler reported that AT&T will come to the next meeting to make a presentation. With respect to subject matter reserved for executive session, it was decided to wait until Commissioner Wagner is present.
CITY ENGINEER REPORT
No report
CITY ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER REPORT
C. A. O. Leidgen reported that the Viking’s Development will submit plans to make changes to the entrance off Whittington Parkway that will include the addition of an outbound-right turn lane. He stated that the Hurstbourne Herald sent to the printer for publication. He reported that property tax bills have been sent out and then covered details regarding a few code enforcement cases.

At 5:14 p.m. Mayor Masick made the motion to adjourn. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Hubbuch. Motion carried unanimously.
