C. C. A. O. Tyler Johnson—Management Report
C. C. A. O. Tyler Johnson reported the paving and striping should be completed on Nottingham this week.
He stated that three houses had been impacted by the project regarding their yards and significant layers
of dust remaining on their homes and windows. The Commission agreed there should be clean-up at
these homes for their inconvenience during the culvert replacement.
C. C. A. O. Tyler Johnson stated that one home, 9107 Nottingham, was impacted the most and provided
pictures of the damaged driveway. The homeowner had encountered noise during the project which was
a nuisance since he worked from home. The Commission decided due to his unique and extenuating
circumstances the resident should receive some restitution for his damages. Since he had planned to
repave his driveway prior to the project, Commissioner Jackson made a motion to authorize a maximum
of $5,000 for mitigation of impact to 9701 Nottingham from the Nottingham culvert construction. His
motion was seconded by Commissioner Leahy. Motion carried unanimously.
