GENERAL GOVERNMENT REPORT-Commissioner Dahlem
Commissioner Dahlem questioned what the City should do with its reserves. Mayor English and other Commission members stated they felt that additional funds to beautify the City are justified. It was decided to have first reading of the budget ordinance and any specific changes could be made prior to second reading and passage.

Commissioner Hubbuch made the motion for introduction and first reading of Ordinance No. 13-03, An Ordinance Adopting an Annual Budget for the City of Hurstbourne for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014 by Estimating Revenues and Resources and Appropriating Funds for the Operation of City Government.
