At 2:00 pm, City Clerk Nicol Mercado conducted the roll call. A quorum of the Commission was present.

Michael Simon of the Kentucky League Cities was present.
BUSINESS/ACTION ITEMS
KLC ETHICS ORDINANCE TRAINING
Mr. Simon conducted a training regarding the city’s Ethics Ordinance, which included an overview of its contents, the powers and duties of the Ethics Board, and the process of receiving and investigating any ethics complaints. Following the training, KLC officially designated the City of Hurstbourne as a Certified City of Ethics.
ADJOURNMENT
At 4:01 p.m. Commissioner Jackson made a motion for adjournment. His motion was seconded by Commissioner Leavell. Motion carried unanimously.
