Mayor Mary Masick called the meeting to order at 11:00 a.m.
ROLL CALL
A. O. Tyler Johnson conducted the roll call. A quorum of the Commission was present.

BUSINESS/ACTION ITEMS
A discussion of the sanitation bid occurred with Chris Pierce, Municipal Sales Representative for Rumpke Waste & Recycling, present. Mr. Pierce answered questions from the Commission regarding the current bid as submitted.
ADJOURNMENT
At 11:59 a.m. Commissioner Jackson made the motion to adjourn. His motion was seconded by Commissioner Leavell. Motion carried unanimously.
