Mayor Mary Schneider called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m.
ROLL CALL
C.A.O. Leidgen conducted the roll call. A quorum of the Commission was present.

BUSINESS ITEM
Ordinance No. 18-03, Series 2018 AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING AN ANNUAL BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF HURSTBOURNE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2018 TO JUNE 30, 2019 BY ESTIMATING REVENUES AND RESOURCES AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE OPERATION OF CITY GOVERNMENT. After review and discussion of the budget followed by adjustment of a departmental line item, motion was made by Commissioner Jackson for second reading and adoption of Ordinance 18-03; his motion was seconded by Commissioner Hubbuch. Motion carried 5-0. Roll Call results – Mayor Schneider, Yes, Commissioner Hancock, Yes, Commissioner Hubbuch, Yes, Commissioner Jackson, Yes, and Commissioner Wagner, Yes.
ADJOURNMENT
At 5:13 p.m. Commissioner Jackson made a motion to adjourn the special meeting; his motion was seconded by Commissioner Hubbuch. Meeting was adjourned.
