Mayor Mary Masick called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m.
ROLL CALL
A. O. Tyler Johnson conducted the roll call. A quorum of the Commission was present.

BUSINESS/ACTION ITEMS
Second reding of Ordinance 23-02, AN ORDINACNE RELATING TO THE ADOPTION OF THE CITY OF HURSTBOURNE AD VALOREM TAX ASSESSMENT AND THE LEVYING OF AD VALOREM TAX THEREON FOR CITY PURPOSES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2024.
Commission Jackson made a motion to approve Ordinance 23-02. Mayor Masick seconded the motion. A voice roll call vote was taken: Mayor Masick – yea, Commission Norton – yea, Commissioner Jackson – yea, and Commissioner Wagner – yea. Ordinance 23-02 was enacted with a 4-0 vote.
ADJOURNMENT
At 4:35 p.m. Commissioner Jackson made the motion to adjourn. His motion was seconded by Commissioner Norton. Motion carried unanimously.
