At 10:00 am, C. C. A. O. Tyler Johnson conducted the roll call. A quorum of the Commission was present.

BUSINESS/ACTION ITEMS
BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS STRATEGIC PLANNING SESSION – 2026
The Commission held a strategic planning session to outline the vision of the city for 2026 and to discuss and prioritize the goals that would best serve the residential and commercial districts of Hurstbourne. City Attorney John Singler and City Engineer Chris Crumpton were in attendance to advise and share their expertise when needed.
ADJOURNMENT
At 3:38 p.m. Commissioner Jackson made a motion for adjournment. His motion was seconded by
Commissioner Leavell. Motion carried unanimously.
