MINUTES SPECIAL CALLED MEETING

Mayor Mary Masick called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m.
ROLL CALL
A. O. Tyler Johnson conducted the roll call. A quorum of the Commission was present.
Present:
Mary Masick, Mayor
Ben Jackson, Commissioner
Marc Norton, Commissioner
Bill Leavell, Commissioner
Others Present: John Singler, City Attorney
At 4:35 p.m., Commissioner Jackson made the motion to enter Executive Session per KRS 61.810(f). The motion was seconded by Commissioner Leavell and the motion carried unanimously.
At 5:15 p.m., Commissioner Jackson made the motion to exit Executive Session. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Leavell and the motion carried unanimously.
BUSINESS/ACTION ITEMS
Mayor Masick made the motion to appoint Christina Leahy to the vacant Commission seat on the Hurstbourne City Commission. Her motion was seconded by Commissioner Jackson. The motion carried unanimously.
City Attorney John Singler performed the Oath of Office with the newly appointed Commissioner Leahy.
ADJOURNMENT
At 5:22 p.m. Commissioner Jackson made the motion to adjourn. His motion was seconded by Commissioner Norton. Motion carried unanimously.
